Bangalore 02/01/15 Analysis and Selections

Hello Friends,
The Bangalore Card which features the Chief Minister's Trophy consists a card of eight races, here is my analysis followed by personal fancies and finally followed by investment plan for the day

RACE 1:A class V race over 1200 mts (5yo+)

There are many possible contenders in this race due to various factors.....

Prince Academy is getting a huge switch in saddle support, has earlier in its career races with horses of greater class and now the very fact that it is dwelling in the lower class shows its calibre. However today it has a fair chance of pulling it off more due to strong jockey skills than anything else

Byronic incidentally gets its own winning jockey back in the saddle, has been in the downgrade since its last run but then having the same winning jockey back in the saddle is a good pointer

Have a look at the duo of Dream Neo (who threw is head at the start in its last run and despite that ran a very good 2nd) and Hostess (who finished fourth in its last run, retains the same jockey and seemingly has more room for improved effort)

I feel that both the horses mentioned above has fair credentials of putting up a good show here, the deterant for Dream Neo is that it has been penalised for its second place rather heavily and Hostess is that it is a filly carrying top scales which may act against it..... 'MAY' is the word

Talking about the right intent, say a change of positive equipment which is coupled with a switch to a jockey who is considered to be decent enough...... One horse fits both the criterion and it is Private Party....... This horse has been subject to decent preperation too and is my personal fancy for this race

My Choice:#7 Private Party Win

Race 2:A Terms race for maidens over 1400 (3yo)

The babies have now gone into their sophomore year and it is an interesting race which has attracted a field of 12 runners

Saptajit and Angel Dust both of whom have a run benifit in the same race come into this race with strong credentials, the latter especially has been tracking very well and is one if the main contenders in this race according to me

The Goldie Brown stable has Eternal Flame, this horse has been subjected to a positive change in the jockey ,in shoes and is also bound for second lifetime improvement,a very strong contender here

Progenies of Holy Roman Emperor who have raced in India so far,to my memory have been known to put wonderful displays earlier on in their career,Authorotarian had the best jockey in the saddle and as such is a line threat in this race

But I would have been tempted to go with the got abroad but for Iceglow...... This horse is bred very well, prepared well and is from top stables and although being a debutant I feel there is a strong chance that this horse will return to the winning enclosure sooner than latter...... My personal fancy

My Choice:#11 Iceglow Win

RACE 3:A class V race over 1200 mts (5yo+)

This lower class race is dominated by demotees in terms of numbers of participants...... Thus I have a sense of feeling that one amongst them have a good chance to pull this off

Although there is the presence of horses like Cheddar Face,You're Rocking and Big Copper Penny I have a feeling that Luc Divine has strong credentials to pull this one off and as such is my personal fancy in this race

My Choice:#3 Luc Divine Win

RACE 4:Class III race over 1200 mts

The only thing that can be held against Scarlet Emperor is that it is running after more than 100 days in a real race..... Otherwise it has been prepared very well for a good show

Of the other horses although there are the likes of Super Force,Temujin and Blitzschnelle. The one that catches the eye is Jersey Bride. An early winner has never been in the winning bracket for the second time in its career, now it gets a golden chance to redeem itself given the fact that it has a run advantage and the winning jockey back in the saddle, thus is a chance I'm willing to take and is my personal fancy

My Choice:#11 Jersey Bride Win

RACE 5:A Terms Race over 2000 mts (4yo+)

One has to wary of an youngster who in the midst of his classic  campaign is taking on older established horses hoping that the pull in weights will act favourably and decisively to him,I am talking about Booker Jones

But then looking ahead this race looks like a duel between Wind Stream and Agostini

The form and capabilities of both the horses are well known, despite lacking a run benifit I believe that Agostini has fair chances to get back to winning ways (been an year almost since his last win)

My Choice:#2 Agostini Win

Race 6:A class II race over 1200 mts (5yo+)

Smilestone and Loveofmylife are the two horses that come straight into contention in this race thanks to their form oflate

However there are many horses who can make this race an interesting one in Talisker,Secret Punch

One cannot however overlook Chulbul Pandey.... This horse has been an enigma of sorts and don't be surprised if it does pull off something special here......

Then there is Cool Hand came third to Austin in its last start ,have good form to go by and is decently prepared...... Who inspite of having the same jockey on the saddle can be considered as a switch in jockey thanks to being rendered with whip from Whipless before in its last run. My personal fancy.....

My Choice:#9 Cool Hand Win

RACE 7:A class IV race over 1400 mts

Arthurian who is 2/2 second in its career is hoping that its third time lucky for it this time around.....

The challengers are many way Prize Finder who is bred well and was a fancied runner last time out, gets a change in jockey and is prepared well.... Cannot be overlooked

And then there is the Mumbai to Bangalore import in King Glorieux who despite the jockey in the saddle is a live threat in this race

Horses like New Victor and Secret Launch makes this race a very interesting affair

My Choice:#8 Prize Finder Win

Race 8:A class II race over 1200 mts (5yo+)

Valerian and King Julien both of whom are coming out of the same race are the two main contenders in this race, the scales are favourable for the latter here and as such I believe that it has an edge over the other in this race

Shinnecock Hills is also well placed in the scales has berth decent form coming into this race and as such cannot be overlooked

Then there is Ice Cutter who is looking good in preperation, has good jockey in the saddle and is subject to decent preperation. Has a good chance in this race as I feel that it is placed well in this set,my personal fancy

My Choice:#4 Ice Cutter Win

Have a nice day,gamble responsibly
