Hello Friends,                      The Bangalore Turf Club is ready to roll out its first classic race this winter and along with it a 9 race card on Saturday,The following is my analysis and Selections for the same  RACE 1:A class V race over 1400 mts  The two top contenders in this race come in the shape of Above and Beyond (who gets a mammoth change in jockey) and Fortaleza (from a trainer who is not firing much but will have to be considered in this company)  There are other horses in the fray like Zulu Fantasy (but for the whipless jockey has all credentials to be considered here) and Ocean Park (who has a run benifit his season where it failed as a favourite and now over this trip can be considered)  FERMINA whose last run was quite decent despite being whipped a lot retains the same jockey, should improve to score here  Liquid Asset has earlier that is during the Summer season had run second over the same trip, now after listless runs with silver shoes, this horse after a run beni

HELLO FRIENDS,                            A card of nine races has been framed by the Bangalore Turf Club with  THE ASHOK CHAKRA CUP   being the feature of the day,it has been rough weather for me at Bangalore this season with 4/30 being my Strike Rate for the season,am trying my best today too and lets hope for the best  RACE 1:A class IV race over 1400 mts  Although a class IV race, the weights have been raised in this div.III race.....  GOODWILL WARRIOR and WESTERN LADY  both have an advantage of a run benifit in this track this season, the former ran on well covering up ground after being interfered and is now being partnered by a top jockey.... The latter had its share of bad luck and did well to finish fourth,as I believe in second lifetime improvement I am a little biased towards the former  Also there are horses like  Style and Grace  and  Aayan  who can be dangerous in this set despite the negative shoes...  However, Charming Grey  the debutant is the one that appeals to me,this

Hello Friends,                       A card of 8 races has been framed for the Friday's B'lore meeting and here is my analysis and personal fancies of the same. RACE 1:For class V horses over 1400 mts (4yo+)  There are quite a number of horses with form coming into this race  Have a look at  Danube ,whose last run was eye catching and now with change in equipment is the first horse to appeal in this race  Glamour Boy  and  Musical Treasure  both have been in the thick of things in their recent starts, Glamour Boy  had a very good last run and as such has an edge in this race  However, Mister Grey  who failed to catch  Aryan Warrior  a couple of weeks backs has a switch in saddle support to an experienced jockey and has a benifit of a run in this track recently and that may see him through in this race,my personal fancy  My Choice:#7 Mister Grey Win  RACE 2:A class IV race over 1200 mts (4yo+)  Aryan Warrior  exhibited his present condition and form last time out while trashing

Hello Friends,                        The Mumbai racing season should kick off in some hours barring any last minute surprises, the card however looks dull on the opening day, however here is my view on the first day of races, caution should be the word for the day  RACE 1:A class V race over 1600 mts  The two youngsters in  Macros  and  Cumbre Vieja  are now against two horses in  Bonobo  now in class V,dropped a lot of ratings and  Suntan Beauty  returning to this class where he has two wins  Although its fair to give an advantage to the youngsters,I feel that both of them should show a definite improvement to win here  Of the older lot, Bonobo  has won twice over longer trips and  Suntan Beauty  haven't won beyond 1200 mts, thus this race is anybody's race in my opinion  And hoping that its a slow run race where  Suntan Beauty  who has relative form and handicap advantage and with a decent jockey aboard and with two recent track spurts appeal good to me and is my personal fancy

Hello Friends,                      Mondays Hyderabad card has 9 races, here is my analysis and personal fancies for the same  RACE 1:A race for horses rated upto 50 over 1200 mts  Torremilinos  comes right into contention in this race basses on its last start victory over 1400 mts,now it cuts down in trip with a penalty, although not impossible I guess this horse will find it hard to win again  Olympus  has a fair chance in this race, this horse had won over 5f before going out of the top three in the very next,it has an apprentice who can be relied upon and is tracking very well  Blue Eyed Babe ,who missed out a victory last time out by 1/2 lengths,is in a set that may break her maidens, now that she gets to piloted by a jockey who I consider as a 'positive switch' and a proper preperation, she is the top contender in this race  However  Rapidest  whose only chink is the jockey and if and a big  IF  that the boy keeps his compusre, then I believe that this horse has a great chance

Mumbai Races Cancelled !

On a day when I thought the card was not worth analysing and giving this day a go,thanks to rains rendering the track not suitable to racing, the RWITC has decided to call off the races scheduled for today, hope Thursdays card be filled with many races and horses taking part Hyderabad's card looks very good and friends if at all you attend them, have a look at Milton Keynes in the second race, its bred well and looks forward in the track spurts. Should run well as pedigree will come into its aid over this shorter sprint.  Have a nice day, gamble responsibly

Hello Friends,                      Calcutta  winter season seems to have picked up momentum with a 9 race card, the classics are just a week away in this center. Tomorrow's card features  The Mayfowl Cup  which has attracted top class horses, the following is my analysis followed by my personal fancies RACE 1:A CLASS IV RACE OVER A MILE  The days proceedings open with what seems like an exciting race atleast in an academic point of view  The last outing winner in the lower class  City Heights  is now placed well on promotion plus it gets a better jockey aboard, tracks are good. Was whipped to sustain in its last run and can it match up to higher class is the question on hands  Athletico  has what I term as a 'massive' switch in saddle support, although his last run is good the run before that is suggestive and is certainly the top contender in my book for this race  The likes of  Adanna  (who has a run benifit in this season and on promotion with better saddle support) and  Co
