Hyderabad Analysis and Selections 20/10/14 (Monday)

Friends, 

           Let me be quite Honest With you,the Past week has been very bad. I have tried my best yet I had too many horses finishing second,and some not even gracing the board. Thus I have decided to analyse next weeks card and do my best,Hope luck keeps us in good stead. Sorry for the followers too. 

NOTE:THE INVESTMENT PLAN HOWEVER WILL BE DISCONTINUED FOR THE TIME BEING,WILL POST MONTHLY STRIKE RATES EITHER ON TUESDAY EVE OR WEDNESDAY MORNING. 

RACE 1:A race for horses in Cat.3 over 2200 mts 

Killer Instinct,which ran a rather surprisingly good race is the top contender in this race,it retains the same jockey aboard and steps up a little in the trip 

The immediate danger should come from Star player,who has obviously done well this season yet hasn't tasted victory since its maiden win,is now taking a leap in trip and can hope to do well as the running style suggests

Vijays Splendour is a winner over 2400 mts in its career,now running with a change in jockey and coming into this race with a decent effort in its last start,is my personal fancy for this race as I feel this horse can stay the trip,the intent is seemingly positive with change in shoes and jockey

My Choice:#2 Vijays Splendour Win 

RACE 2:A race for Cat.3 Horses over 1200 mts (4 yo+) 

CANNON TEN which is a demotee coming into this race,has been working well and is known to run well in shorter distances and hence cannot be ignored in this race 

GRACELAND truly has the form coming into this race,is amazingly consistent and had the credentials to score here,a fair chance 

Amazing Weapon is seen to be putting up a lot of Work,keep an eye as he is the geneuine outsider in this race 

Spirited,who lost its last start as a favourite,can hope to do well here,with an inner draw and backed up with some very nice track exercises and a top jockey of the course on board,is my personal fancy 

My Choice:#6 Spirited Win 

RACE 3:A race for horses in Cat.3 over 1200 mts (4 yo +)

This seems to be an interesting race,Aware comes into this race with a positive change in shoes and a claimer on top,has been running some decent races and now can hope to do well 

Goldie and Nano Dame are two other contenders in this race,the latter thanks to a massie switch in saddle support seems better of the two 

And then there is Transition who ran second to the too-good Lopamudra,now in the hands of a claimer,thus having a meagre handicap advantage 

This race looks quite open,with Transition being my personal fancy as I feel it has a slight advantage over the others,very good chance to place and a fair chance to win,thus an each way choice 

My Choice:#4 Transition Win/Place 

RACE 4:A Cat.2 Race over 1000 mts (4yo+) 

Queen Of The Stars,was backed to favouritism last time out,was prominent till the bend and then was out of steam,now again with the same jockey with a drop in distance,same tactics may prove to be fruitful 

Drum Beat has been racing quite consistently and is the immediate danger to the horse 

Flames of the Forest is also in some good nick,has a fair chance to upset the applecart of Queen Of The Stars 

I feel but for the absence in tracks,Queen Of The Stars hasn't done much wrong and has it in her to score in this set and thus my personal fancy 

My Choice:#1 Queen Of The Stars Win 

RACE 5:A cat.2 Race over 1200 mts 

There are many 3 yo horses in the fray,Ruby On Rails gets a switch in jockey and running for the first time in this class and step up in distance with respect to its last start. On known running pattern should relish this race 

However Rosmonde who is also a winner in the lower class,plus a run experience in this very class has been putting in very good work in the track spurts,is the immediate threat here 

But in my opinion,whoever wants to win this race should beat Camborne,this horses last win was pretty good,can hope to continue with its winning ways,a very good chance 

My Choice:#2 Camborne Win 

RACE 6:For horses in Cat.1 over 1100 mts 

ASHWA SHAKTI is getting a change in saddle support,is very well below its last winning Rating,has been out of form but don't be surprised if it shows rejuvenated form over its pet trip with top saddle support 

There are too many good horses in the fray,with Meg,Beau Ideal and PROOF as the main contenders in this race 

Hidden Power is out of a good race,with the Mumbai jockey on-board has a competitive chance in this open field,track spurts are suggestive too. My personal fancy 

My Choice:#6 Hidden Power Win 

RACE 7:The Golconda St.Leger (Gr.2) Over 2800 mts 

I am not sure but I think this is the last classic for this age group horses in the country,A quality field which comprises of many good horses have lined up for this marquee event 

The only Hyderabadi horse in this race is Roses In Bloom,one of the two Gr.1 winners in this race,after winning the derby has been on the dip,should make up a lot to win here

Isn't She Special is the best horse of the lot,an Indian Classic Winner,gets top jockey in the saddle and is the best rated horse too,can class take it further over to 2800 mts will be answered tomorrow,my prediction is it is difficult,yet Paddy factor has to be viewed upon seriously,the top contender 

Arrogant Approach,Pursuit Of Fame and Sovereign Rule are also Bangalore imports,again coming into this race with decent formlines,the last named seems like the better of the three and on sheer bloodlines can cause an upset,keep an eye 

For the second day in the running,I am a bit adventurous with my choice here,Reynolds who has been a handicap horse,a good one at that has now decided to step up in distance (which can be possible due to its running style) , in class (has beaten better horses,yet this is exalted company) . His last win was won just by a whisker,in class a I company receiving weight,as the horse is known to relish longer trips and has the services of ace jockey,can hope to do well here and is my personal fancy for this race 

My Choice:#3 Reynolds Win 

RACE 8:For Cat.3 horses over 1400 mts 

The last race of the day wears quite a open look to it 

Dad's Dollar is having the ace jockey in the saddle and is tracking well,a top contender no doubt 

The other horses that look like winning are KHOSGEL,which is a summerd winner at Bangalore,cannot write off that horse even with what seemed like a disinterested last run 

Agressive Approach is bred well,bound for second life time improvement and in hands of a top jockey 

Wind Zone after a long layoff did well to finish fourth,this company may seem stiff but is a winner and thus cannot be ruled out 

Toremolinos is now getting a switch in saddle support,first time over this trip and a rather suggestive last spurt 

According to me this race wears quite an open look,my personal fancy is however Toremolinos,an each way chance bet 

My Choice:#12 Toremolinos win/place
