Hello Friends,
                        The Pune card consists of 9 races withThe Her Majesty Trophy as the feature of the day,here are my picks for the day.

 1-1 Mariska from the stables of Pesi Shroff has been placed well in a d-2 race in a class IV affair and barring any mishap should be in the winners circle given the trainer and the breeding,Rain Dance who has been running some good/bad races in the past now has a change in jockey after the first run this season and is my second pick for this race.

2-4 Traherne who won a class III affair last time out should be respected for that effort and now with the stable jockey doing duty on promotion should be in the mix of things,Few Dollars More was in the reckoning for me with the apprentice last time out and now with Sandesh taking the reins should ideally be the one to beat.

3-6 Phenomenal Memory although isn't a graded winner like Heather who happens to be my second pick,the former is receiving chunks of weight from the filly and that may prove as one of the factors that may decide the fate of this race and on that count alone is my first pick against the Hyd Oaks winner.

4-3 Synchronicity who is making her handicap maiden in what is possibly a tricky class V set is my first pick due to age and also positive switch in jockey but it has negotiate the big field especially with the daw,Jarama one amongst the two Haresh Mehta horses in the fray has caught my attention too

5-7 Highland Breeze a winner on its second start over a mile has been running since then without much of a success and yes it was beaten at level weights by San Martino at level weights earlier who happens to be my second pic,Highland Breeze appeals on preparation as opposed to the last run of San Martino.

6-9 Motherland appears to be prepared well to make a good debut and on that count is my first pick in this race,Sporting Spirit is also subject to nice preparation and with Trevor on the saddle cannot be sidelined and is my second pick for the race

7-8 Poets Song did well to finish second on debut and with the run under her belt should be an interesting candidate and is my pick here in this race which is filled with some unexposed horses especially the likes of Forever Free who has put in a strong work should be looked upon too

8-2 Ladislaus is a first pick for me in this race,again jockey Neeraj Rawal is not one of the stronger points yet being a maiden winner over this trip should be respected for that,keep an eye on Sky Mine who was expected to run against Cheerleader last time out but was wdrn due to mischief near the gates has been tuned in with gate jumps and is an immediate threat.

9-6 Way Ahead with a benefit of a run and a change in jockey is my first pick to do well in the last race of the day,keep an eye on Swaraj who also happens to be my second choice won fluently in the lower class and will not be a surprise if it scores an encore.

Hello Friends,                          By the time this post gets completed it would be just an hour or two before racetime,anyways hope it helps those who could read it RACE 1: Multigory: won maiden race in his second start and has won class class 4,class 3 and class 53-79 races subsequently,the last two start winner has hit sublime form and is the one to watch out for Jeanine: A first start winner over 5f to clear maidens has subsequently won class 3 and class 2,pune has been a better hunting ground. Pune Races 08/09/2013 Analysis and Selections

Hello friends,                       A card of 8 races have been framed for Sunday,with  The Southern Command Trophy  as the feature event of the day.  Race no 1:A race for horses in class IV (5yo+) over 1400 mts  Matter of heart,Samay Balwan and Star Builder  are the three last outing winners out of the eleven runners in this set,with the former being the winner in the same class and the other two runners are up on promotion. Star builder's  win was pretty easy last time out in the hands of  Dashrath Singh  now on promotion win looks difficult, Samay Balwan  just managed to hold on in the lower class,the same can be said of this horse too  Thus I guess the winner should probably come from this set of horses  Scaramouche,Zaracha,Guns N roses,Brave fighter   Brave fighter  ran third behind  Cypress point  during its only run this season,gets  Trevor Patel  in the saddle,placed well on scales here may spring a surprise  Zaracha  ran second to  Queen's kiss  over 1200 mts,running

Bangalore selections and analysis 27/07

Race no 1: A race for class V horses over 1200 mts On the outset this race looks extremely tricky thanks to the the form? of the runners in this race.  Mountain Train which runs after a long lay-off after its winter adventure looks like a contender here purely based on its track form,but as always its a lottery to assume if the horse after a lay off can put up a winning gallop just after returning or will it need this run? But it is prepared extensively ignore at will That brings me back to two horses which have relatively good form in Will still and Star of desire ,both have reasonable form and the latter a demotee with a switch in jockey has come down a lot in ratings  My choice:#1 Star of Desire for Win  Race no 2:A race for Class V horses over 1200 mts Upper division of the previous race,the field is comprised of many youngsters,here too form is not seen in plenty  Rubi Rey ,which ran in the upper class finished fourth to My Faviurite voice, now drops down in grade with a chance in
