Mumbai 29/11/15 Analysis and Selections

Hello Friends,
                       Munbai racing has a compact card of 7 races this sunday,I certainly hope that by december we get to see well filled cards,here is my analysis and selections for four of the seven races to be held tomorrow

Race 3:A class III race over 1000m (5yo+)

 Invincible is definitely the horse that could be become the favourite in this race on his last start shocker of a win against youngsters over the 6f trip and as such should be in the reckoning here

Umarkot the other 5yo in the fray beat a good company over the same trip at Pune and after a couple of runs and now with Vaibhav a jockey with a whip in the saddle comes into contention here

Stormy Princess,has a run benefit and also been a good perfomer over this trip and is the interesting contender in this race given the fact that it is the sole horse with a run benefit this season

Also,take a look at In The Limelight who once held the course record at Pune for this trip was earlier a class II winner and after a couple of races on demotion can make his presence felt in this company,the horse and jockey have been a regular combination and is my personal fancy here

My Choice:#1 In The Limelight Win/Place

 Race 4:A Gr.III race over a mile

 Small field with Zachary running after a layoff and so is Your Royal Majesty thus on that count the erstwhile PBMM winner Shivalik Storm is a default contender in this race

However Zachary who is regular on the trial tracks is the winner of the Super Mile a Gr.1 affair the sole winner of the three over that trip amongst the youngsters and on that count he should run a good race and is my personal fancy here

My Choice:#2 Zachary Win 

 Race 5:A class III race over 1400m

 Bon Vivant who is one of the two runners of the owners cannot be sidelined here as she has been running some game races and should be in contention

Iridescence who is the sole winner of horses in my contention is a danger as coupled with that he also a benefit of a recent run in this track and that may work for him,keep an eye

That leaves us with Adreno and Myrtlewood the former who is still a maiden will be the surprise package where as the latter is seen on the tracks and has been subject to a mock race so that makes it the logical and natural choice for this race,a strong pointer for the day

My Choice:#6 Myrtlewood Win 

 Race 6:A class IV race over 1200m (3yo)

 of the winners,Shivalik Heroine who ran next in PBMM a Gr.I affair is coming into this race after a lay-off but has been subject to a mock race and on that count should be respected

The Champ another got-abroad in the fray who is making his debut should be respected due to the jockey factor more than anything else,he is having a a thick vein of form

Also Holy Smoke and Pierce Arrow are two others that may run well here as they are receiving weight from the winners,both of them have it in them to make it big here

A very open affair and my choice is Shivalik Heroine ahead of Holy Smoke simply because juveniles who ran in PBMM running in class IV may score due to their "Inherent"class factor than anything else

My Choice:#4 Shivalik Heroine Win

6-4 Shivalik Heroine Win 1000

Hello Friends,                          By the time this post gets completed it would be just an hour or two before racetime,anyways hope it helps those who could read it RACE 1: Multigory: won maiden race in his second start and has won class class 4,class 3 and class 53-79 races subsequently,the last two start winner has hit sublime form and is the one to watch out for Jeanine: A first start winner over 5f to clear maidens has subsequently won class 3 and class 2,pune has been a better hunting ground. Pune Races 08/09/2013 Analysis and Selections

Hello friends,                       A card of 8 races have been framed for Sunday,with  The Southern Command Trophy  as the feature event of the day.  Race no 1:A race for horses in class IV (5yo+) over 1400 mts  Matter of heart,Samay Balwan and Star Builder  are the three last outing winners out of the eleven runners in this set,with the former being the winner in the same class and the other two runners are up on promotion. Star builder's  win was pretty easy last time out in the hands of  Dashrath Singh  now on promotion win looks difficult, Samay Balwan  just managed to hold on in the lower class,the same can be said of this horse too  Thus I guess the winner should probably come from this set of horses  Scaramouche,Zaracha,Guns N roses,Brave fighter   Brave fighter  ran third behind  Cypress point  during its only run this season,gets  Trevor Patel  in the saddle,placed well on scales here may spring a surprise  Zaracha  ran second to  Queen's kiss  over 1200 mts,running

Bangalore selections and analysis 27/07

Race no 1: A race for class V horses over 1200 mts On the outset this race looks extremely tricky thanks to the the form? of the runners in this race.  Mountain Train which runs after a long lay-off after its winter adventure looks like a contender here purely based on its track form,but as always its a lottery to assume if the horse after a lay off can put up a winning gallop just after returning or will it need this run? But it is prepared extensively ignore at will That brings me back to two horses which have relatively good form in Will still and Star of desire ,both have reasonable form and the latter a demotee with a switch in jockey has come down a lot in ratings  My choice:#1 Star of Desire for Win  Race no 2:A race for Class V horses over 1200 mts Upper division of the previous race,the field is comprised of many youngsters,here too form is not seen in plenty  Rubi Rey ,which ran in the upper class finished fourth to My Faviurite voice, now drops down in grade with a chance in
