BANGALORE FRIDAY-13/02/15 Analysis and Selections

Hello Friends,
There are about eight races framed for the card on Friday the thirteenth, here is my analysis of the races and personal fancies

RACE 1:A race for Maiden 3 yo over 1400 mts

DESERT GOD who is a progeny of a prolific racing dam in Running Flame ran a decent second to Oxford Opinion on his debut, has been tracked very well after that run and as both the pedigree and running style suggests that it will need a longer trip makes it the top contender in this race

Amazing Charm who led well into the straight before giving up the leaf in the final furlong when it ran over 1100 mts in its last start is taking a step up in trip and has been prepared quite well, with Suraj Narredu in the saddle can expect it to run a good race

Flamboyance is an interesting candidate in this race as she is coming into this race with a good Benifit of a run in good company in a million, now that she is prepared well and is stepping up in trip, should run a bold race

It is quite obvious that the most fancies horse would be Desert God,who has everything going for him but there is a seemingly strong challenger in Flamboyance and with good assistance from the saddle looks like it has a fair chance to me

My Choice:#11 Flamboyance Win

Race 2:A class V race over 1200 mts

Western Lady which burst its blood vessels and the jockey was sent off for unsatisfactory riding is in the fray in this race,on paper looks good and is the one they all have to beat in this race

The challenge should come from the likes of Shubh Rahi,Honeyfloerr,Trapeziod or Big Ben

Big Ben is a demotee, has superior saddle support and has been given one decent spurt, has run some decent races in the past and on that note is my personal fancy here

My Choice:#1 Big Ben Win

Race 3:For class IV horses over 1400 mts

There are quite a number decent performers in this season taking part I this race, the last start winner in TalentBurst will be looking to cash in on its form, true that in a weights raised race the chances will be fairly decent

Of the other horses in the fray, the stablemates in Amanda and Secret a Prayer come in contention, the latter ran a very good race last time out and with a decent Claimer onboard should be a live threat here

Shaft after what looked like a fairly decent effort in its last start and some good gate jumps is a formidable contender here along with Southern Fantasy who has decent form coming into this race but for the jockey factor

However Renee from the Darashah yard ran a suggestive second on debut, although the timings were not that great the fact that it is bred well, decent preparation and a positive switch in jockey makes it a gooc chance bet in this race and is my personal fancy in what looks like a very open race

My Choice:#4 Renee Win

RACE 4:A class III race over a Mile

With two horses coming into this race with good victories in their last run in Equine Love and Romeo, the spotlight will be certainly on them and rightly so.......

Romeo won on demotion and is now sitting on the top of the scales in class III,the effort over 1400 was eye catching and with the StepUp in trip should run well

Equine Love on the other hand won well than what seemed to the eye in my opinion and with the recent tracks and stable jockey replacing the winning jockey, one can expect an improved performance in this race

With the likes of Noble Reward (whose last race is best ignored,is blazing the trial tracks and will be one of the strongest challengers in this race) Rustic Sunrise (who in my opinion has a fair chance of causing a minor surprise in this race) and Son of Stars (whose last run was very good and will be a live force here) this race wears a very open look

Big Ticket,Millrose are all capable of running a good one but for their recent runs or jockey choices which is confusing

My Choice:#6 Equine Love Win

RACE 5:A class II race over 1400 mts

There are two horses in the top of the scales in Iron Marshall and Ace Bucephalus who have earlier performed well in their careers and are now taking on a class they could hope to outclass

However there are too many youngsters sitting in the bottom of the scales in Pippin,Star of Destiny,Vivid Impression and Saltoro Ridge the fray

Pippin-brilliant performer while winning back to back races in the earlier part of the season, last run went down to the front running Pentagram,a formidable contender here

Star Of Destiny-Had Finished a good second in its last run, earlier won two races in great fashion, getting winning jockey will be a huge positive

Vivid Impression-had earlier exploited the lower weight advantage, last win was too good and as such despite taking on this class for the first time, should be the one to beat

Saltoro Ridge-A class III winner, was running on the end of the scales for long.one has to see if the pull in weights does the trick here, well placed on scales now and has a good chance here

My Choice:#12 Saltoro Ridge Win

Race 6:A class III race over 1400 mts (5yo+)

Click has been running some good races in the recent past, its last run in the higher class deserves much attention and on that note is the top contender in this race

Ayrton is returning after a layoff, seems well prepared and is blazing the track work, may need this run in my opinion

Although there are horses like Artorious (who after a lay off had a good lung opener and will be definitely in the thick of things here) and All Proof (Bottom weights and a good decent suggestive last start) in the fray,it is Ace Lexington who now gets a top jockey in the saddle with some suggestive runs in this season appeals the most to return a winner in this set,my personal fancy

My Choice:#7 Ace Lexington Win

Race 7:A class IV race over 1200 mts (5yo+)

There are quite a number of things going in the favour of Colour Of Gold, the change in jockey and equipment along with decent prep makes this horse a true contender in this race

There are the likes of Cadogan,Stimulator,Oriental Belle etc who are interesting runners in this race

However The Jaguars last run was  decent and with the claimer to less the burden should improve and possibly run a very bold race here,my personal fancy

My Choice:#1 TheJaguar Win

RACE 8:A class III race over 1400 mts (5yo+)

Priceless Ace who is coming after a lay off of more than 150 days is vying for a hat-trick and is certainly on form the horse to be beaten here

The likes of One of a kind,Manta Ray,Sherlock Holmes,Kimora etc will be the likely challengers in this race

Sherlock Holmes is my personal fancy as the Mumbai import has a travelling jockey aboard and is decently prepared to have a big say here

My Choice:#1 Sherlock Holmes Win

DAYS BEST:RENEE

GOOD BETS:SALTORO RIDGE,ACE LEXINGTON,THE JAGUAR

Have a nice day,gamble responsibly
