Hello Friends,
                        The Thursday's card at Mysore has 6 races and here is my Analysis and selections of the same

Race 1:A class V race over 1200m (5yo+)

Supreme Strength,Sharp Girl and Caesaria are three horses with positive switch in jockey's and having fared decently enough earlier in the season come into contention,on account of distance suitability it seems like Caesaria has a definite edge in this race with Sharp Girl being a close nemesis

of the other horses in the fray,Heavenly Divas who earlier placed second in this season was slowly off in its last run,with the stable firing this horse is a strong challenger according to me in this race

Thus it looks a keen contest of supremacy in the first of the day and having had decent runs earlier in the season and by virtue of a good handicap and a change in jockey,Caesaria appeals the most in this lot and is my personal fancy

My Choice:#5 Caesaria WIN 

Race 2:A class IV race over 1200m (5yo+)

Dark William the Mumbai import is expected to do well based on two factors,one being on the board in both its starts at Mysore and two being subject to a jockey switch to Y S Srinath

The competition should come from the likes of Born For Beauty who is doing well with the claimer on board and would expect to do one better,Winning Desire and Teri Adah both having either positive change in equipments or the jockey also will add pep to this race

But it is Al Dhama who finished a close second in its last start after going pillar-post and Final Countdown that finished on what seems like an unextended third last time out come into contention,it looks like a very open affair and my vote goes to Al Dhama

My Choice:#10 Al Dhama Win

Race 3:A class V race over 1400m

Vrajanandan and Tandav are two last start winners and the former is taking a step up in trip while the latter is taking a step down in trip,looks like both the horses are placed in seemingly moderate company and the former won drawing away last time and is a strong contender

Take a look at New Sunrise and Act of Glory,both of whom appeal on preparations and is placed positively in this set

However it is the presence of Nuala,who is running some decent races oflate and has a switch in jockey along with Daring Don the lone youngster in the field who is stepping up in trip following decent preparation that appeal,on closer study i feel that the former is a good each way chance in this race

My Choice:#5 Nuala Win/Place 

Race 4:A class II race over 1200m

Vijays Best which overcame a slow start to finish third behind the too-good Fink in its last start is getting demoted in class and has a positive switch in jockey and as such is a top contender in this race

Secret Hunter was in form at mysore a season ago,last run was easy and with a claimer on duty just cannot be neglected in this set,more so because it has a lung opener

Capri who was withdrawn last time and before that finishing a decent second after a lay-off and is expected to run well here,especially when the winning jockey is back in the saddle

Divine Love who won well in the lower class last time out looks another decent contender in the fray having a wider draw may be a chink in its armour,Bandito who has the exposure in this class won well last time out and has a change in jockey,cannot read much into it

Then there is Miss International,who is coming into this race with some decent efforts,is now running her pet distance and may well run a bold race for what it is worth,my personal fancy

My Choice:#6 Miss International WIN

Race 5:A class III race over 1400m

Hallelujah,who is a distance winner and is bred well now gets a huge switch in saddle support and is one of the strong contenders in the fray

Take a look at Ruthba who won easy in the lower class,bred well again and is now placed well on promotion,strong credentials there

Then there is Amazing who came out well of maiden ranks well last time out and is running in class III open now,has a traveling jockey onboard and being a young horse on the up this is my personal fancy for the race

As Amazing is withdrawn,there is a change in choice 

My Choice:#3 Hallelujah WIN 

Race 6:A class IV race over 1200m

Dare the Don being the lone 3yo in the fray is obviously the horse to be termed as the 'default' contender in this set,having a good run earlier this season and winning jockey on duty just cannot be neglected

There is however the presence of Catchy Charger along with For your eyes only who can make this race quite interesting

Also have a look at Magic Wave,who has been tuned well in the track trials and is having a positive change in equipment can surprise quite a few here and is my personal fancy

My Choice:#4 Magic Wave Win/Place
