Trevor Patel's first classic success

Hello friends, 
                    The Hyderabad Colts championship Stakes as expected was a thriller with Acclaimed scoring victory with a breathtaking run inside the final furlong and on its way made a new course record over a mile. I am actively involved in races for not more than 18 months and to see one of the jockeys I admire in Trevor Patel winning a classic (that too! His first classic). I would like to congragulate Trevor for his success and I sincerely hope that it is the first of many to come.

Pune Races 08/09/2013 Analysis and Selections

Hello friends,                       A card of 8 races have been framed for Sunday,with  The Southern Command Trophy  as the feature event of the day.  Race no 1:A race for horses in class IV (5yo+) over 1400 mts  Matter of heart,Samay Balwan and Star Builder  are the three last outing winners out of the eleven runners in this set,with the former being the winner in the same class and the other two runners are up on promotion. Race no 1: A race for class V horses over 1200 mts On the outset this race looks extremely tricky thanks to the the form? of the runners in this race.  Mountain Train which runs after a long lay-off after its winter adventure looks like a contender here purely based on its track form,but as always its a lottery to assume if the horse after a lay off can put up a winning gallop just after returning or will it need this run?
