Hello Friends,
So Mumbai racing season has reached a stage where there is nothing much to look forward to with the majority of Black Type races in the burner and a few handicap races to keep the Interest going,my last post was more of a guide rather than a tipping thing which I used to do,On that note would try to do the same again with comments for every horse, followed by personal preferences.

Race 1

Uncle Scrooge:Class V win to clear maidens followed by a class IV win,the trip is a big? as horse is cutting down a lot in trip, difficult.

Cezzane:Old in tooth, have always done well over 5 furlongs, not in the hunt here

Chizzler:2/2 so far in its career,Same class winner yet on the improving curve, keep an eye

Bounty Queen:Maiden class winner,Lower Class Winner and Same Class winner, last run was bad but has been a surpriser sort in its career

Merabella:Debut winner in class IV and later won class III,has not climbed the handicap latter since then, outside chance

Wind Craft:If age is a criterion then should be overlooked but then distance should also be a cause of concern add it to the fact that it is meeting youngsters in the fray

Dancing Lord:Cleared maidens on Debut in the Maiden class, then had to come down in class from class III to class IV to score over this race's trip, last run in class 3 was decent enough to consider it as a contender here

Sawgrass:Class V and Class IV wins came back to back over the same trip, ran a gallant race in a handicap million last start and was not heavily penalised for that effort,in with a shout here

Chizzler/Dancing Lord/Sawgrass pick themselves out in my study as contenders,Dancing Lord seems like having an edge in class hierarchy.

Race 4

Beneficial:Same Class winner, retained in d-2 due to placement tactics from the trainer, with respect to the field is a contender here

Knights Quest:Winner in last start in lower class, has the form hence cannot be overlooked

Slam Dunk:Still a maiden,consistent runs this season,respect.

Ice Angel:Still a maiden, placed second over this trip in maiden class, respect.

Arvan:Maiden, always a backmarker and jockey inspiring nil confidence, ignore

Noble Chieftain:Maiden, backmarker last couple of runs, difficult

Azzeza:Maiden,debut run,keep an eye

Flower Dust:1 run,backmarker,negative shoes,ignore.

Pantela:Youngest in the fray, yet in a handicap so soon ?

Shalom:Late debutant,premier yard,keep an eye

She's A Tiger:Maiden,second start improvement beckons,feather weight,keep an eye

Impossible Dream:Maiden, not much of an impact last start and jockey is ?,not here.

Beneficial/Slam Dunk/Ice Angel/Shalom pick themselves as contenders due to reasons as mentioned above,I feel it is between the three maidens and the debutant may give a good account of herself due to obvious reasons.

Race 5

Nascar:Maiden winner,same class winner,higher class runner,only ? is about distance

Valentino:Class 1 winner at calcutta, demotee, keep an eye as running too soon after last start

Papakura:Higher Class Winner, claimer may help matters, last hurrah at Bombay? contender.

Incentio:Lower class winner this season,is racing fit at this age, interesting horse in the fray.

Ancient Glory:Thrice Lower Class winner, last effort good, keep an eye

Allora:Maiden class winner,3/4 over this trip,Jockey is a regular for this horse,in the hunt

Alishas Pet:Lower class winner, last run good against youngster, keep an eye

Governor General:Last Start can be ignored due to distance,Maiden class winner and lower class winner,in the hunt

Papakura/Allora/Governor General pick themselves up as probable contenders in the class hierarchy, the last two named horses appeal more on closer scrutiny and one amongst them should throw a winner

Race 6

Free Speech:Won two races back to back in maiden class followed by a class III win, running thereabouts since then, outsider.

Rider On The Storm:Two times winner in class 4,then once in class 3,age is a ?

Nature Boy:Two times winner in class 4,then once in class 3,age is a ?

Arabelle:Maiden class win followed by a class 3 (30-50) win at bangalore, higher class runner at Bombay, decent chance here

Cyclone:Maiden class winner, same class winner last run,may need to improve here

Queen Credible:Maiden class winner,same class winner,then hovering in the same class,claimer is a +

Hirohama:class V win followed by a class III win, then thereabouts, will wait and see

Lady Danehill:Won good on debut and then won again in class 3,dropped to a rating where it can strike, keep an eye.

Quixotic:Maiden Class winner, last run in class 3a,on a bit of pseudo demotion, jockey is a ?,keep an eye

Dancing Prince:class 4 winner twice over this trip, class 3 runs are decent, may find this race hard though in my view

Rock in Rio:Maiden class winner, then hovering in class IV and class III,keep an eye

Alpine Express:Maiden Class Winner, class 4 winner this season, last run in class 3 was decent enough, huge change in saddle support,a contender for sure.

Queen Credible/Lady Danehill/Rock in Rio/Alpine Express get my attention on closer scrutiny and Alpine Express gets my first pick due to reasons mentioned above.

Thats all I have time for this mid-week racing fixture, have a nice evening at the races......
