RACE 1:FOR 3yo horses over 1400 mts 

Admirality will be the odds-on favourite in this race,I expect the odds to be too low and any betting interest should be on the second placed horse

Phenomenal Memory,Shadow Fax,Master of trinity are the three horses that may fight for that spot 

Shadowfax comes out of a good race,a million where it finished in the judges frame and as the pedigree suggests a longer trip is my choice of the three 

My Choice:#5 Shadowfax Place

RACE 2:For Maiden 3yo only over 1000 mts 

ABIGAIL who made his debut not so long ago ran a good third,although he hasn't been in the tracks since the last run it is very suggestive of a good effort over here 

There are horses like Calissa,Springloaded who have made suggestive runs in their previous starts and as such can be termed as challengers 

There is however two horses that need a closer look Corabella who although a debutant looks like a horse that may give a concern or The Big Revival who was showing out in tracks before his debut ran a rather low-key race,now with the switch in jockey and some good preparation to go by is a serious threat to whoever who wants to win this race 

My Choice:#1 The Big Revival Win

RACE 3:A race for class III horses over 1000 mts 

ZABARWAN literally trounced the class IV opposition it took on in the last outing,this front running horse has been turned in again in this class III affair and will be the strong challenger 

There are horses like Extreme Love (who is bidding for a hat-trick,but now in ass III) Himalayan Queen (was favoured in the last run,has been tracking extremely well after that failure) Shania (demotee with a Claimer on top,has raced against very good company and is the threat to whatever that has to win here 

Cezanne put in a decent effort over this same trip last time out,has a switch in jockey and has placed in the same class,a fair chance here 

Then there are the likes of Born To Win,Artiste,Soothsayer who will be looking to make use of the low weights and the expertise of jockeys 

All said and done,Cezanne who has run well over this distance,has all chances to redeem its winnings ways and is my personal fancy 

My Choice:#3 Cezanne Win (#1 Shania Upset)

RACE 4:A CLASS V RACE FOR HORSES (5yo+) OVER 1000 mts 

Tahrir who has been showing out in the   track spurts and with a jockey whom I have noticed to be good in 5f races has a fair chance 

Then there are the likes of Padmakosa,Stormyday,Grand March and others 

Having contemplated the chances of more than half a dozen runners I have finally chosen Blue Bay as my choice,ignore its last run and now with a switch in jockey and a seemingly good 5f horse my choice is this horse 

MY CHOICE:#5 Blue Bay Win

Race 5:A class III race over 1400m

Dramarama is coming into this race with a run in the Indian Classic over a mile,the jockey is a huge plus point yet for a filly carrying top is a cause of concern 

The competition is rather heavy in the form of Attraction,Lancelot,Incandescent,Act of Valour,Spades,Essence of Love etc 

To choose a horse from them is a tricky ask but if I have to pick one I will go with Act of Valour who is still a maiden having second run in open class,can exploit the weights to hit the front and is a danger to whomsoever that wants to win here 

My Choice:#11 Act of Valour Win/Place

RACE 6:The Major P.K.Mehra Supermile (Gr.I) [4yo+]

The formlines of Circle of Bliss were so good that it was being hailed as the second best older horse behind Amazing Grace going into calcutta,true her form is dented but over a mile at Mumbai she should not be ignored more so because she has the services of ace jockey D.K.Ashish

Of the other older horses,Machiavellianism who had one bad run last time out is an Indian 2000 mts winner and as such is a course and distance winner which many visiting horses can't boast of,on class has it on him to give a good account of himself 

Arrogant Approach is coming off a very good win in his last start,the win was too good to the eye that there is every chance that this horse will be in the thick of things at Mahalakshmi 

Field Marshall who is also a classic winner of the highest order over a mile is sparingly raced,the Upsetter if any in this race as I feel the classic crop of its age was the best in recent years

Then although there are horses like Acclaimed,Shaktiroop,Mr Gorgeous in the fray,the classic generations two horses will attract a lot of attention 

GodSpeed  won a fighting race when she won against Maisha in the Indian 1000 guineas,it is learnt that she went into the Oaks on back on a setback and did not seem to like the Oaks trip and as such is a top contender here with a drop down in trip 

Then there is Zachary whose best distance is a mile and that's pretty evident when one goes through its record,that's not all it has won 4/5 starts over a mile and the only time it went down was when Be Safe trashed it over the mile in the Indian 2000 Guineas,thus on that logic Zachary looks like having a very good chance in this race the change in new trainer is a little cause of concern 

My Choice:#3 Field Marshall Win/Place

RACE 7:THE SURESH MAHINDRA MILLION OVER 1400m

The two Pesi horses will garner much of the public attention,Adam and Your Royal Majesty. Adam has been quiet a horse over 1400 mts 4/5 wins over this distance and is still unbeaten whereas the YRM is coming into this race looking for a hat trick and is a class II winner in his last essay,does it provide value is a different view but it does have chances on the manner of last win over a proven terms winner in POLYDENCES 

Desire is an interesting candidate as it is like Solomon undefeated over 7f,now add the pull in weights it is certainly a contender here 

Now have a look at Plenipotent who is a good terms horse over this distance and has been my fancy when it ran the same race at CALCUTTA,again the weights should be a small concern 

Then have a look at Silver Streak whose last run can be taken lightly,it is one contender which has raced in terms races upto a mile and has held on fighting until the last 100-200 mts,now that it is going over a 7f trip at these decent weights and a jockey who is known to ride start-finish races in a good manner there is a good reason to believe tomorrow may well be the day for this horse to win a graded race which was long pending 

My Choice:#8 Silver Streak Win

RACE 8:THE INDIAN TURF INVITATION CUP (Gr.1) over 2400m

BE SAFE VS ALAINDAIR VS AMAZING GRACE 

MAY THE BEST HORSE WIN 

RACE 9:The Deltin Casino Stayers Cup (Gr.1)

On pure formlines Tiger Tops is the one they all have to look out for. 

Tiger Tops is undoubtedly the best filly over a galloping trip in the classic generation,this horse has been running some very good races and has held its form till its last run..... But for Be Safe it would have been a crowning year for it.... Can it travel the extra 3 furlongs! Can it bear the old proven geldings? 

There are three very good challengers in Astapi (The defending champion of this race) Windstream (Second in this very race last year and looking to make things right) and Tintinnabulation (A two time Gr.1 winner and winner over the BANGALORE St.Leger) 

Now there is a horse who could really stay in Tintinnabulation,he is in great form and has been in good nick when it mattered twice in the invitation cup. Thus my personal fancy
