Race 1:A class V race over 1400m

For a horse like Shivalik Eyes who is coming into this race with a good form in higher class and decent runs and has a switch in jockey to Trevor who is leading the charts in both Mumbai and B'lore currently there is every right to call it a top contender here. The only concern being a filly carrying top weights 

The horses that catch the eye are Joey (Who is taking on the same  trip with a positive change in jockey) Love is Life (Good last run in the upper class,with change in jockey and demotion should do well) Mystic Lavenders (Bottom weights and the jockey factor may come handy) 

However I think the threat should come from Western Lady (who is on a pretty decent form all season and may well be rewarded) and Royal Defence (who incidentally was withdrawn after being accepted last time out,last spurt suggestive with a change in shoes and jockey) 

The top weighted fully should be the horse that may have the better credentials,however Royal Defence looks all set to win here with suggestive track spurts and the opposition 

My Choice:#4 Royal Defence Win

RACE 2:A class IV race over 1600m (5yo+)

Magnetize who failed to score s hat-trick in its last start by a whisker is now tried over a mile with P.S.Chouhan onboard,behind a filly should tackle the top weights to do well here 

Abba and Private Party both placed in their last runs and have been subject to change in riders,the former gets a jockey in hot form and is the better of the two 

Although there are horses like Midtown Delight (Last run highly suggestive,distance suitability a small concern) and Zagato (the dark Un in this race,last run was decent enough and should be able to build up on that) 

There is however the presence of Zermatt who has won over this trip twice and a decent fourth to Adriphos in its last start makes this horse an interesting challenger in this race,with a decent jockey and distance suitability as its strong points,this horse should do well in this race 

My Choice:#6 Zermatt Win/Place 

Race 3:For 3 yo maidens over 1400m

Elegant Star and Ones Own both are coming into this race with a run in the same race,although there is enough to suggest that the former can get better off the latter,the latter has also shown improvement in the track spurts and also has a switch in jockey to aid it 

Then there is Colorato,who incidentally is coming into this race with an exposure in a million,has been tracking fairly well and with BLK ON should be in the top contention here 

Also take a look on,Only Princess whose last run four weeks ago was merely educational,she has been subject to some very good preparation and bound for second lifetime improvement this horse has pretty much of a chance to come triumph here 

Also Balian who is bred in half to the ever speedy Mauna Kea is also active in tracks and with the trainer-jockey combination very effective,one has to weigh its chances before taking a decision in this race m

My Choice:#12 Only Princess Win/Place 

Race 4:A class III race over 1400m (5yo+) [Div.I]

A very open race indeed,there are horses like Next Move,Maddox,Noble Reward,Open Page,Yellow Zone,Audrick,Click and Coolmore in the fray 

With the 9yo Atlas Power who is inching closer to 100 starts also on the fray making this a race very wide open 

In this very open race,Audrick who has a change in rider and is running second time after demotion,maybe there is a redemption of fortunes here 

Noble Reward is one of the few horses to be on the trial tracks in the recent times,is now alarmingly close to the last winning rating and as such is a good contender here 

Click gets PSC in the saddle,can improve on the single jockey factor 

Wide open,my personal fancy is Noble Reward

Race 5:A class III race over 1200m

Temujin who has ran along with horses and placed in those races like Pentagram and Scarlet Emperor is the front runner for the top prize in this race 

True that there are horses who have proved their calibre in Hidden Soldier,Fair Game,Catch The Eye (May Upset) in the fray 

It is the youngsters that matter,Vencedora who won very well over 6f in class IV struggled over the 7f trip in class III,now back to 6f should be a very key player with this jockey in this race 

Glittering after running as an odds-on favourite and winning over the 5.5f in its penultimate run was not all too disgraced when running a decent run behind Pippin in a terms race,now back to handicap race with a switch to top jockey and very good track spurts,this horse has a fair chance to get the better of Temujin who is the main contender here 

My Choice:#4 Glittering Win 

RACE 6:A class IV race over 1200m [Div.I]

There are some interesting horses in the fray such as Dreamstar,I Smile,Julius in the fray 

However if one notices the manner of victory of Starhunt last time out and the recent preparation of this horse which has been pretty decent an encore cannot be ruled out and as such is my personal fancy in this race 

My Choice:#4 Starhunt Win 

RACE 7:A class III race over 1400m (5yo+) [Div.II]

Carducci who failed as a favourite a couple of weeks ago will be one of the main contenders of this race 

This race has some interesting horses in Kimora (Low weight and leading jockey in the saddle) Hillton (ignore last run was a good winner in this class) All Proof (a winner over 6 and 8 furlong races before should be in the fray) 

However Capitalize with PSC in the saddle and also a very good last run should see the better of others in this race,my personal fancy 

My Choice:#1 Capitalize Win

RACE 8:A class IV race over 1200m [Div.II]

Zulu Fantasy has a huge switch in jockey support and with the amount of form it is in should be the top contender in this race 

Although there are horses in the fray that could spring a minor surprise in Shideh,Quarter Cask the main challenge should come in the form of Pacific Blue and Arthurian 

Arthurian has been quite consistent in the recent past,now gets a good opprtunity to put it past this seemingly modest set,with able preparation and the regular jockey onboard is my personal fancy in this race 

My Choice:#4 Arthurian Win
