Hello Friends,
                       Six months is a long time,but then now that time is plenty thought of sharing my views in what looks like a pre classic day card filled with some good races,here are my selections and some words on why I like em ! 

1-1 Tarini-if one has read either of the two racing platforms,they would know that her maiden win was a matter of dispute although I have no opinion that,on paper looks a tough nut to crack and with the switch in jockey and winning form looks a good thing to open proceedings...

2-2 Reverberating,a class V affair with this horse moving up and down bring rated in that buffer zone,maybe the run in the upper class can make a difference.

3-3 In The Sunrise nothing much to analyze about a horse who has run only once,selection with respect to the stable and also to the change in rider. 

4-5 Cherie Amour,has finished ahead of Honour and Fanstasy Queen last time out with both getting switch in jockeys however appeals more to me on its last performance and a bit hopeful that it would improve further 

5-10 Heaven is Here,true this race has a superstar and may well go past the post,my choice has run both the invitation and is a 4yo,last three winners of this race have been youngsters,so a decent place chance and might upset 

6-5 Quaker Ridge,won well last time out on what visually seemed like a much softer ground,don't know what would be the conditions tomorrow but for that run should again run a game one on promotion. 

7-8 Hall of Famer,needs to step up a bit compared to her last start in the winter,some very well bred horses are in this race however this one seems like scoring to me. Strong pointer for the day 

8-7 Babushka again a horse which seemed to do well last time out on yeilding ground,I fancy the winner of the last run in higher class so in this class III.div 2 race this horse becomes my natural choice.

Bangalore selections and analysis 27/07

Race no 1: A race for class V horses over 1200 mts On the outset this race looks extremely tricky thanks to the the form? of the runners in this race.  Mountain Train which runs after a long lay-off after its winter adventure looks like a contender here purely based on its track form,but as always its a lottery to assume if the horse after a lay off can put up a winning gallop just after returning or will it need this run? But it is prepared extensively ignore at will That brings me back to two horses which have relatively good form in Will still and Star of desire ,both have reasonable form and the latter a demotee with a switch in jockey has come down a lot in ratings  My choice:#1 Star of Desire for Win  Race no 2:A race for Class V horses over 1200 mts Upper division of the previous race,the field is comprised of many youngsters,here too form is not seen in plenty  Rubi Rey ,which ran in the upper class finished fourth to My Faviurite voice, now drops down in gra...

Mumbai Thursday races 12/12/13 a Analysis and Selections

Hello Friends,                       The mid-week racing card at Mumbai consists a compact card of 7 races,here is my analysis and selections for the day  Race no 1:Class V race over 1200 mts  Ancient Odyssey  which won its last start in the same class over the same distance now gets a positive switch in rider,as most of the field is out of relative form,this horse has a fair chance to repeat here Polar Zone  which has earlier shown some spark is now getting a guidance from a top jockey,has run decently in its previous runs too,no tracks are seen and that is my only worry  But one horse which caught the eye during its last run is  SHOWERS OF HEAVEN, it had a forward run in a large field with Dharmendar on top and was calling the shots until they crossed the 200 mts marker over a 7f trip,now with a benifit of that run and a switch to jockey,shapes as a decent chance bet for the day  MY CHOICE:#...
