Pune 15/08/15 Analysis and Selections/Hyderabad Short Selections

Hello Friends,
                        Wishing all the readers of this blog a Happy Independence Day,A card of 8 races has been formed for the day with the PRA Independence Million being the feature of the day.

 Race 1:For Maiden 3yo over 1200m

 Aurelio,The Messiah and Stateira are the three horses which look to be in contention for the top prize,Stateira who has had two decent runs in her career and coming into this race on the back of some good preparation seems like having better chances than Aurelio who is sharpened well enough with a Mock Race

My Choice:#11 Stateira Win 

 Race 2:For class I horses over 1200m 

 Greek God,Nuray and Zander all have run and proved themselves in this class and have to tackle the two horses in One Kept Secret and Señorita Evita,the latter although making her class debut has been in good form,well rested and prepared should run a good one here over her favourable trip failing which OKS should deliver.

My Choice:#5 Senorita Evita Win 

 Race 3:A class II (5yo+) race over 1400m

 Fortune Hunter,Remember Me,Beyond Horizons are the three horses that could give a fight to La Traviata who by the virtue of her performances looks a very strong contender in this race,ran a good race in the twilight of Mumbai season and is expected to carry the form early into Pune Season.

My Choice:#1 La Traviata Win 

 Race 4:A class V race over 1000m

 Wonder Story,Cut Diamond,Sweeping Move,Desert Lily are the four horses that could throw a winner in what looks like a tricky race,the draw and jockey capability may have its effect on the odds of Desert Lily who otherwise is tracking very well and is a formidable contender in this race

My Choice:#1 Desert Lily Win 

 Race 5:For 3yo Maidens over 1200m

 Aliboxer,Harvey,Kyoto and Phoenix Knight all have something or the other going for them in this race. Kyoto has been silent since his run in a Gr.I PBMM and now steps down in class amongst a weak set of rivals,if fit can run a very good race

My Choice:#5 Kyoto Win 

 Race 6:A class III race over 1200m

 Niobrara and Itscaro are the two horses which sport the 'youngsters' tag coming into this race,the latter seems like having the edge due to distance and jockey factors

However the presence of horses like Dreamz Unlimited,Cha Cha Cha,Eternal Royalty and Joshua indicate that there is good competition here,the sparingly raced Joshua can run a big one here in my opinion,keep an eye on Dreamz Unlimited too

My Choice:#6 Joshua Win 

 Race 7:A class IV (4yo+) race over 2000m

 A very open affair,Magic In The Air,Danse Debonaire,Oxbridge,Sheronnah,Savage Beauty and Starry Brook all have fair credentials to land the spoils of this big race.

Savage Beauty looks well prepared and will be in top contention due to the jockey factor too,personal fancy

My Choice:#14 Savage Beauty Win 

 Race 8:A class IV(5yo+) race over 1200m

 Dhanyavaad who is a class III winner earlier in its career has been brought very much down in scales and having the top jockey on duty is a clear indication that the horse is in contention,Song Of Africa lost narrowly last time out and on its winning track is a live force to contend with. Con Man has been running some decent races and the fact that he gets winning jockey to guide him is a strong point.Affirmation and Fabrizio have both been non-winners and the former is my choice as the latter has sown signs of BV in its last two starts.

My Choice:#6 Affirmation Win

Hello Friends,                          By the time this post gets completed it would be just an hour or two before racetime,anyways hope it helps those who could read it RACE 1: Multigory: won maiden race in his second start and has won class class 4,class 3 and class 53-79 races subsequently,the last two start winner has hit sublime form and is the one to watch out for Jeanine: A first start winner over 5f to clear maidens has subsequently won class 3 and class 2,pune has been a better hunting ground. Pune Races 08/09/2013 Analysis and Selections

Hello friends,                       A card of 8 races have been framed for Sunday,with  The Southern Command Trophy  as the feature event of the day.  Race no 1:A race for horses in class IV (5yo+) over 1400 mts  Matter of heart,Samay Balwan and Star Builder  are the three last outing winners out of the eleven runners in this set,with the former being the winner in the same class and the other two runners are up on promotion. Star builder's  win was pretty easy last time out in the hands of  Dashrath Singh  now on promotion win looks difficult, Samay Balwan  just managed to hold on in the lower class,the same can be said of this horse too  Thus I guess the winner should probably come from this set of horses  Scaramouche,Zaracha,Guns N roses,Brave fighter   Brave fighter  ran third behind  Cypress point  during its only run this season,gets  Trevor Patel  in the saddle,placed well on scales here may spring a surprise  Zaracha  ran second to  Queen's kiss  over 1200 mts,running

Bangalore selections and analysis 27/07

Race no 1: A race for class V horses over 1200 mts On the outset this race looks extremely tricky thanks to the the form? of the runners in this race.  Mountain Train which runs after a long lay-off after its winter adventure looks like a contender here purely based on its track form,but as always its a lottery to assume if the horse after a lay off can put up a winning gallop just after returning or will it need this run? But it is prepared extensively ignore at will That brings me back to two horses which have relatively good form in Will still and Star of desire ,both have reasonable form and the latter a demotee with a switch in jockey has come down a lot in ratings  My choice:#1 Star of Desire for Win  Race no 2:A race for Class V horses over 1200 mts Upper division of the previous race,the field is comprised of many youngsters,here too form is not seen in plenty  Rubi Rey ,which ran in the upper class finished fourth to My Faviurite voice, now drops down in grade with a chance in
