Hello Friends,                         A nine event race card has been formed for the derby day at Bangalore,here is my analysis and personal fancies of the same Race 1:A class IV race over 1400m  Mr Bigshot,Spiritual Act,Del Porto,Precious Glitter all appeal due to obvious reasons,the former has ace jockey on duty and he is riding the horse for the second time with a change in equipment which is quite an indication in itself. Also Elegant Star  which has had two pretty good runs in this class is well placed on the scales here vis-a-vis Precious Glitter, and is also working well on the trial tracks,my personal fancy My Choice:#6 Elegant Star Win  Race 2:For maiden 3yo horses over 1200m Assertive Prince, who is tracking well has to negotiate the wider draw this time and should be in the contention Amethyst, who has run twice this season is now getting a huge switch in saddle support,although his runs here weren't as impressive as one would like it has faced good comp

Hello Friends,                         The Bangalore season has reached its peak with the Bangalore Kingfisher Summer Derby slated for the weekend,the Pre-Derby day has a card of eight races and here is my bit of analysis and personal fancies for the same.  Race 1:For 3yo maidens over 1600m Amazing Charm, who has had quite a moderate start to its career has found a horse too-good twice in its four career starts,now with blinkers on and having had an exposure of the trip is certainly in the mix here Adolf,Saladin and Avant Grande are the three other horses in the fray,who can be expected to put their best foot forward and improve in their second career run Adolf, who did not take a level jump covered a lot of ground to finish second in its last start in a moderate company,now the extended trip and gate practices mean he's in the reckoning Avant Grande  the mumbai challenger had a good debut,and is being prepared quite well to have her say in this race Saladin  who had

Hello Friends,                         A card of eight races has been framed for the day,here is my analysis and choices for the same,the pre-derby lull is quite visible among the acceptors with many trainers holding their better wards for derby weekend,saturday's racing is the victim.Anyhow races are like puzzles and they come in all types,here is my take Race 1:A race for Maiden 3yo's over 1100m A short scurry to kick off the day,of the horses who have had a run before, Lozen who is now getting a switch in jockey had fared decently,it was subject to a good gate practice before its last run and as such is a horse with good credentials in this race Expertise also gets a change in saddle support and has been working well in the trial tracks,both its runs were dismal to say the least,as the set here is very poor can hope to improve on that effort Aspasia  is also not visible in the trial tracks for a larger part of the last month,was prominent in the earlier stages of t

Hello Friends,                          The Thursday's card at Mysore has 6 races and here is my Analysis and selections of the same Race 1:A class V race over 1200m (5yo+) Supreme Strength,Sharp Girl and Caesaria are three horses with positive switch in jockey's and having fared decently enough earlier in the season come into contention,on account of distance suitability it seems like Caesaria  has a definite edge in this race with Sharp Girl  being a close nemesis of the other horses in the fray, Heavenly Divas who earlier placed second in this season was slowly off in its last run,with the stable firing this horse is a strong challenger according to me in this race Thus it looks a keen contest of supremacy in the first of the day and having had decent runs earlier in the season and by virtue of a good handicap and a change in jockey, Caesaria appeals the most in this lot and is my personal fancy My Choice:#5 Caesaria WIN  Race 2:A class IV race over 1200m (5yo+
